PROBLEM
The existing 4L-9337 Bolts can loosen or break on certain D9R Track-Type Tractors. If the existing bolt fails, it can potentially lead to machine downtime.

ACTION REQUIRED
Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
Confirm that existing 4L-9337 Bolts are tightened to a torque of 47+/-9 Nm.
If torque for bolt is below specified torque range then re-torque to the design target.
Note: If bolts are visibly backed out, they will need to be replaced. Tighten the new bolts to a torque of 47+/-9 Nm. Claim this condition as an after failure repair.
