Installation Of Hydraulic Lines
1. Install 3W3943 Tube Assembly (1) to the control valve with 6V9162 Connector, 3D2824 Seals, 6V8637 Connector, 6V9853 Elbow (2) and 6V9746 Seal.2. Install 3W3944 Tube Assembly (3) to the control valve with 6V8637 Connector, 3D2824 Seals and 6V9007 Elbow (4).3. Install 3W3879 Hose Assembly (5) to the head end of the lift cylinder with 6V8626 Elbow, 2M9780 Seal, 7J9108 Seal, 6V8713 Connector, 3D2824 Seal, 5P7464 Clip (6), 5P7465 Clip (7), 6V7359 Grommet, 0L1351 Bolt and 5M2894 Washer.4. Install 3W3880 Hose Assembly (8) to the rod end of the lift cylinder with 6V9003 Elbow, 2M9780 Seal, 6V8713 Connector and 3D2824 Seal.5. Install 7G3834 Clips (9), 7G3833 Clips (10), 8C3174 Grommets, 0S1621 Bolts and 1F7958 Nuts, with dimension (A) 235 mm (9.25").Installation Of Cylinder Mounting Group
1. Install 4T6523 Support Assembly (RH) (1) to the tractor with 8G5427 Bushing (2), 8G5428 Pin (3), 4T0231 Retainer and 0S1595 Bolt.2. Install 4T6522 Link Assembly (4) to the tractor and support assembly (1) with 3G8900 Pins (5), 4T0231 Retainers and 0S1595 Bolts.3. Install the head end of the lift cylinder to the support assembly (1) with 3G8917 Pin (6), 3G8891 Spacers, 4T0231 Retainer and 0S1595 Bolt.4. Install 8G5501 Handle (RH) (7) with 0S1621 Bolts and 5P8245 Washers.5. Install the left hand support assembly in a similar manner.Installation Of Bulldozer
1. Remove existing cover from the roller frame and install 4T5808 Trunnion Assembly (1) with 1A8063 Bolts and 5P8248 Washers. Tighten bolts to 360 50 N m (266 37 lb ft). 2. Put 1U2431 Blade Group (2) in a level position. Remove all paint and dirt from the bearing surfaces.3. Install 4T6536 Arm Assembly (RH) (3) to the dozer blade with 4J0121 Cap (4), 0S1756 Bolts, 3J6572 Shims and 4F2710 Nuts. Use shims as required to obtain 0.3 to 0.8 mm (0.012 to 0.031") clearance with blade trunnion balls.4. Install 4T3573 Brace Assembly (5) to arm assembly (3) with 3F6185 Pin (6), 4F0255 Pin and 3B4626 Cotter.5. Install brace assembly (5) to the dozer blade with 4J0121 Cap (7), 0S1756 Bolts, 3J6572 Shims and 1B4331 Nuts. Use shims as required to obtain 0.3 to 0.8 mm (0.012 to 0.031") clearance with blade trunnion balls.6. Measuring from the center of pin (6) to the edge of cap (7), adjust brace assembly (5) out to dimension (A) of 966 mm (38").7. Connect the dozer blade to arm assembly (3) with 1U2519 Caps (8), 9M1328 Bearings, 2B7218 Bolts, 5P8250 Washers and 1U2520 Shims as required. Assemble caps (8) with lip (B) towards the center of the dozer blade.8. Install 4T3572 Arm Assembly (LH) in a similar manner.9. Move the tractor in position between the arm assemblies.10. Connect the arm assemblies to the trunnions with 6F3183 Caps (9), 3B6753 Bolts and 4F2710 Nuts.11. Connect the lift cylinders to the dozer blade in locations (C) with 4J0121 Caps, 3J6572 Shims, 3K3318 Bolts and 2J3506 Nuts.12. Check oil level in hydraulic tank and fill if necessary. Cycle cylinders full stroke in both directions to purge
