Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Put O-ring seals (12) and (13) in position on the pump drive.

Put the pump drive in position under the machine.
Remove forcing screws (10) .
Fasten a hoist and two 1/2 inch - 13 NC forged eyebolts (11) to the pump drive.
Put the pump drive in position on the flywheel housing. Install bolts (9) in order to hold the pump drive in place. Make sure that clip (5) is in the correct position, as shown.

Connect hoses (7) and (8) to the pump drive.

Put the hoses and brackets (2) and (3) in position. Install the bolts that hold the parts in place.
Install wire harness (4) in clip (5) .
Install rod assemblies (1) and (6) .Refer to the Disassembly And Assembly Manual, SENR9471 for the installation of the implement pump., End By:
Install the equipment pump. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblySENR9471, "Equipment Pump - Install".
Install the power train oil pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Power Train Oil Pump - Install".
Install the drive shaft (direct drive). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
