Dozer Blade Tilt (If Equipped)
1. Pull the tilt lever toward you to lower the left side of the blade.2. Push the tilt lever away from you to lower the right side of the blade. 3. If additional tilt is required, the left brace may be adjusted. Shorten the brace to make left side of blade lower. Lengthen the brace to make the left side of blade higher. If the tilt brace length needs alteration, turn the handle to the left (counterclockwise), to lengthen it. Turn the handle to the right (clockwise), to shorten the brace.Dozer Blade Tip (If Equipped)
Lengthen the left brace and extend the right cylinder to tip the blade forward. Shorten the left brace and retract the right cylinder to tip the blade back.Normal neutral position is 911 mm (36 in) from ball center to pin center.Fully tipped forward the dimension from ball center to pin center is 962 mm (38 in).Fully tipped back the dimension from ball center to pin center is 857 mm (33.74 in).Dozer Blade Brace, Three Position (If Equipped)
Pin the brace in the forward hole and extend the tilt cylinder to tip the blade forward.Pin the brace in the rear hole and retract the tilt cylinder to tip the blade back.Three Position Brace Adjustment
1. Position the machine on a hard flat surface and lower the blade to the ground. Place the dozer control in the FLOAT position. Engage the parking brake.2. Activate the dozer tilt control while in the FLOAT position to remove the force from the brace so that the rear brace pin can be removed. Stop the engine, leaving the dozer control in FLOAT and the parking brake engaged.3. Place a wood strip between the brace and the push arm to help maintain hole alignment after the pin is removed.4. Remove the retainer bolts and plate at the brace to push arm joint. Remove the pin.5. Start the engine. Activate the dozer tilt control while in the FLOAT position to slide the brace forward or rearward on the push arm. Extending the cylinder will slide the brace forward. Retracting the cylinder will slide the brace rearward. Align the holes in the brace with the desired hole in the push arm and replace the pin.6. Stop the engine. The parking brake should still be engaged.7. Reassemble the retainer plate bolts. Do not place fingers into the holes on the brace or the push arm at any time during the adjustment procedure.Ripper Tips (If Equipped)
Replace ripper tips before wear occurs on the shank. Follow the replacement procedures given
