Removal Procedure
Start By:
Drain the coolant from the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" for the correct procedure.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Loosen the hose clamp at one end of coolant hose (5) and disconnect the hose.
Remove bolt (2) and washer (1).
Position clamp (3) away from oil line retaining clip (4).
Remove banjo bolt (7) from oil line (8).
Remove washers (6).

Disconnect the wiring harness assembly from fuel pressure switch (11).
Remove banjo bolt (10) from oil line (8).
Remove washers (9).
Remove the assembly of oil line (8) from the engine. Installation Procedure

Position oil line (8) onto the engine. Ensure that the retaining clip for oil line (4) is located below clamp (3).
Position a new washer (6) onto banjo bolt (7).
Install banjo bolt (7) to oil line (8) and install remaining new washer (6).
Tighten banjo bolt (7) finger tight.
Position a new washer (9) onto banjo bolt (10).
Install banjo bolt (10) to oil line (8) and install remaining new washer (9).
Tighten banjo bolt (10) finger tight.
Position banjo bolt (10) and new washers (9) onto oil line (8). Install the banjo bolt and the oil line to the cylinder head finger tight.
Position a new washer (1) onto bolt (2). Install bolt (2) to the cylinder block finger tight.
Tighten bolt (2) for oil line retaining clip (4) to a torque of 15 N m (133 lb in).
Tighten banjo bolt (7) and banjo bolt (10) to a torque of 12 N m (106 lb in). Ensure that the oil line is not strained as the banjo bolts are tightened.
Connect the wiring harness assembly to fuel pressure switch (11). End By:
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" for the correct procedure.
