Specification for 327-0844 Fuel Injection Lines Gp and 315-5619 Fuel Injection Lines Gp
Note: Perform the following procedure to install the rear fuel lines.
Note: Lubricate the ends of the lines with clean engine oil prior to installation.
1. Insert fuel line (7) into both fuel rails.
2. Attach fuel line (7) into the fuel rails using bolts (9) and washers (10).
3. Evenly hand tighten bolts (9).
4. Install and tighten return fuel line (8) into both fuel rails.
5. Install clamps (5) and (6).
6. Tighten clamps (5) and (6) mounting hardware hand tight.
7. Tighten the right side bolts (9) to 20 N m (15 lb ft). Do not rotate the bolts more than 90 degrees at one time.
8. Tighten the left side bolts (9) to 20 N m (15 lb ft). Do not rotate the bolts more than 90 degrees at one time.
9. Tighten the right side bolts (9) to 40 N m (30 lb ft). Do not rotate the bolts more than 90 degrees at one time.
10. Tighten the left side bolts (9) to 40 N m (30 lb ft). Do not rotate the bolts more than 90 degrees at one time.
11. Tighten clamps (5) and (6) mounting hardware to standard torque.
