Install solenoid assembly (26). Connect harness assembly (25).

Install plug (23) and fitting (24) on manifold (20). Install O-ring seal (22) in cap (19).

Install manifold (20). Install bolts (21). Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of 4 0.7 N m (35 6 lb in). Install cap (19).

Connect harness assemblies (16) and hose assemblies (14). Install clips (15) and (17). Tighten the bolts for clips (15) and (17) to a torque of 6 1 N m (53 9 lb in).

Install bracket (13) on tank (48). Install bolts (12). Tighten bolts (12) to a torque of 7 1 N m (62 9 lb in).

Install pump (11) and bolts (8).

Install the gasket (not shown), manifold (7), plate (6), and bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) in an alternating sequence to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in). Tighten bolts (5) a second time in an alternating sequence to a torque of 5 1 N m (44 9 lb in).

Connect harness assembly (4) and install cable straps (3).

Connect hoses (1). Apply Tooling (A) to the O-rings (not shown) inside hose assemblies (2). Connect hose assemblies (2).

Install tank (49) in support assembly (50). Install straps (51). Install nuts (52). Tighten nuts (52) to a torque of 8 2 N m (71 18 lb in).Note: Only apply torque once to nuts (52) when tightening straps (51). Apply torque to nuts (51) in the A-D sequence shown in Illustration 25.
