Use suitable cribbing to position Tooling (E) to lower hitch pin assembly (24).
Use Tooling (E) to remove the lower hitch pin assembly (24).

Make sure that spacer (26) at the bottom of upper hitch assembly (25) does not hang up on the rear frame during separation.

Typical Example
Slowly pull the loader frame away from the rear frame. Continue to move Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device. Pull the loader frame and the rear frame until the frames are separated by approximately 610 mm (24 inch). Install Tooling (H) around the front tires.
Chock the front tires and lower the loader frame onto Tooling (B).Note: The bearings and the seals can be serviced at this time.Note: Steps 33 through 40 are for the removal of the upper hitch bearings.

Remove spacer (26) from the upper hitch assembly (25) of the loader frame.

Mark the radial positions of upper cap (28) and of lower cap (29).
Remove bolts (27), the washers, lower cap (29), and upper cap (28).

Remove shims (30).

Use a suitable lifting device to install Tooling (E) to the upper hitch assembly. The weight of Tooling (E) is approximately 91 kg (200 lb).
Use Tooling (E) to remove the two bearing cups and the two bearing cones from the bore in the upper hitch.
Remove Tooling (E).

Remove lip seal (31) from the upper cap and from the lower cap of the upper hitch assembly.Note: Steps 41 through 46 are for the removal of the lower hitch bearings.

Remove bolts (32), upper cap (33), and lower cap (34) from the lower hitch assembly of the loader frame.
