Position the tracks. Pins (1) must be positioned, as shown.
Attach Tooling (A) to the hydraulic tank. Attach an air supply hose onto Tooling (A). Apply 276 to 414 kPa (40 to 60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull vacuum on the hydraulic system.

Disconnect hoses (2), (3), and (3). Disconnect hose assemblies (4), (5), and (7) .

Disconnect hose (8), hose assembly (9), and tube assembly (10),

Disconnect hose assemblies (11) and (12) .

Remove clip (13) .

Disconnect hose (14) and tube assembly (15) .
Disconnect harness assembly (16). Position the harness assembly out of the way.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator guard (17). The weight of radiator guard (17) is approximately 1020 kg (2250 lb).

Remove bolts (18) .

Use Tooling (C) and Tooling (D) to remove pin (1). Remove pin (1). Repeat for the opposite side.

Remove bolts (19) and retainer (20). Use Tooling (C) and Tooling (E) to remove pin (21). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (C) and Tooling (E). Remove pin (21). Repeat for the opposite side.
Remove radiator guard (17) .

Use Tooling (C), Tooling (F), and Tooling (G) to remove sleeve bearing (22). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (C), Tooling (F), and Tooling (G). Remove sleeve bearing (22) .

Use Tooling (C), Tooling (F), and Tooling (H) to remove sleeve bearing (23). Remove sleeve bearing (23) .

Install radiator guard (17) in the reverse order of removal.
