Use two people to install Tooling (D). The weight of Tooling (D) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Use Tooling (B) to raise the rear of the engine enough to install Tooling (E).

Install Tooling (F) to secure Tooling (D) to the frame of the machine.
Repeat Step 24.c and Step 24.d for the opposite side of the engine.

Remove bolt (31), washer (32), and upper mount (33). Repeat this step for the opposite side.
Install Tooling (M) onto the front of engine (34). Use Tooling (M) and a suitable lifting device to raise the front of engine (34). The weight of engine (34) is approximately 11,612 kg (25,600 lb).
Remove lower mount (35).
Use the following steps to install the front rail system. Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1096 for additional instructions to install the front rail system.

Install Tooling (G).
Use a suitable lifting device to install Tooling (H). The weight of Tooling (H) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).
Use a suitable lifting device to install Tooling (J). The weight of Tooling (J) is approximately 146 kg (322 lb)

Position the carrier of Tooling (J) to the rear and install Tooling (K) on both sides of the machine.
Repeat Step 28.a and Step 28.d for the opposite side of the engine.

Lower engine (34) onto Tooling (J). Install upper mount (35), washer (32), and bolt (31).
Remove Tooling (K) from both sides of the machine.

Check for clearance issues along the sides of the engine. Remove any hoses or tubes that might get in the way.
Use Tooling (M) and a suitable lifting device to move engine (34) forward on the front rail system.
Use Tooling (L) to prevent unintended movement of engine (34).

Install Tooling (K) onto both sides of the machine to prevent movement of the engine.

Install Tooling (N) onto Tooling (M) at the front and rear of the engine.
Remove bolts (36) from both sides of the machine.
Remove Tooling (L).
Use Tooling (N), Tooling (M), and a suitable lifting device to remove engine (34). The weight of engine (34) is approximately 11,612 kg (25,600 lb).
