1 2 9N-2039 Clamp As Use the following procedure in order to tighten clamp assemblies:
1. Tighten clamp assemblies to 14.0 1.5 N m (123.9 13.3 lb in).
2. Gently tap around clamp assemblies with a soft faced hammer.
3. Again, tighten clamp assemblies to 14.0 1.5 N m (123.9 13.3 lb in).
2 2 9N-2038 Turbine Clamp As
3 2 6L-3005 Band Clamp Use the following procedure in order to tighten clamps on the bellows assembly:
1. Tighten clamps to 9.5 1.0 N m (84.1 8.9 lb in).
2. Gently tap around the clamps with a soft faced hammer.
3. Again, tighten clamps to 9.5 1.0 N m (84.1 8.9 lb in).
4 8 2N-2765 High Temperature Bolt Before assembly, lubricate the threads and the bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
5 8 2N-2766 Locknut Torque to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
