(20) Reassembly of shorter cover side (Port A side) 1. Install O-ring (67) and nylon tip (8) on cap (69). 2. Insert guides (71) on both ends of spring (66), then insert them in spring compressor. * Put guide rods onto both sides of guide (71), hold in a vise and insert in spring compressor, then gradually loosen the vise. (21) Install the compressed spring on the plunger, screw in cap (69) several turns and then remove the spring compressor. (22) Tighten caps (91) and (61) on both ends with a torque wrench. (23) Install covers (70) and (90) on both ends, install spring washer (13), then tighten hexagon socket bolt (72), (73) with a torque wrench. (24) Reassembly of travel equalizing selector valve 1. Insert plunger (57) into the appropriate housing hole. * When inserting, turn the plunger slowly to hold it coaxially with the housing hole and use special care so as it does not contact the first round corner. 2. Install check (58) and spring (59). 3. Install O-ring (56) on plunger cap (55). 4. Install plunger caps (55) on both sides and tighten them with torque wrenches. 5. Install O-ring (12) in the housing hole from both sides. 6. Insert spool (7) into cover (6). 7. Install cover (6). Install spring washers (13) and hexagon socket bolts (14) and tighten the bolts with a torque wrench.8. Insert spool (54) and spring (53) into the appropriate housing hole. 9. Install O-ring (2). Install spring seat (52) and then install cover (46). Install spring washers (13) and hexagon socket bolts (45) and tighten the bolts with a torque wrench. 10. Install O-ring (4) on cap (43). Install O-ring (48) and backup ring (49) on cap (47). 11. Install spring (44) and cap (43) and tighten the cap with a torque wrench. 12. Install steel ball (51), spring (50) and cap (47) in the cover and tighten the cap with a torque wrench. (25) Reassembly of main relief valve. 1. Fit O-rings to their pertinent sections. 1) Install O-ring onto relief cap.2) Fit O-ring to rock nut. 2. Attach pilot seat to relief sleeve, then install in relief cap. 3. Attach sleeve guide to relief sleeve. Hold in a vise, then tighten relief cap with a torque wrench. 4. Insert spring, relief poppet and relief seat. 5. Fit retainer ring. 6. Insert relief poppet, spring and adjusting screw. * Screw in adjusting screw until relief poppet contacts pilot seat, that is, temporarily set to the point where setting spring starts functioning. 7. Temporarily tighten nut and cap nut. 8. Install temporarily set main relief valve assembly in the main unit, then tighten relief cap with a torque wrench. 9. After relief setting, tighten nut with a torque wrench while holding adjusting screw, then tighten cap nut with a torque wrench. * A quarter turn of the adjusting screw changes about 25 kgf/cm2 (355 psi) thus correctly set by watching the pressure gauge.
