Attach chain (1) between the front track roller frame and the rear track roller frame. Attach chain (2) to the rear track roller frame. Attach chain (2) to Tooling (A) and to a suitable lifting device. Install the track roller frame on the pivot shaft.

Place ring (4) against the pivot shaft.
Install the O-ring seal on plate (3) . Apply SAE 30W oil to the inside bore of the track roller frame. Place plate (3) on the end of the pivot shaft. Install the twelve bolts.

Position Tooling (D) under the track roller frame. Use Tooling (D) in order to align the bolt holes in retainer (5) with the holes in the tractor frame.
Apply Tooling (H) to the threads of bolts (6) . Install the bolts.
Remove the chain and Tooling (A) from the track roller frame.

Use Tooling (D) in order to align the equalizer bar pin with the track roller frame. Apply Tooling (J) to equalizer bar pin (7) . Orient the pin with the small diameter toward the rear of the machine. Use Tooling (E) in order to install equalizer bar pin (7) .
Position the retainer plate. Bolt the retainer plate to the equalizer bar pin and to the track roller frame with three bolts.
Remove Tooling (D) under the track roller frame.

Install the seal on plate (8) . Apply SAE 30W oil to the seal and into the bore of the track roller frame. Use Tooling (F) in order to install plate (8) in the track roller frame. Remove Tooling (F) . Move plate (8) to plate (3) with a soft hammer.
Install the spacer and bolt (9) in plate (3) .

Place the O-ring seal on plug (10) . Install the plug in plate (8) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position trunnion (11) on the track roller frame. Install bolts (12) .

Position Tooling (B) . Raise the rear of the machine, and remove Tooling (C) . Lower the rear of the machine and remove Tooling (B) .
Lower the front of the machine.
Remove Tooling (G) between the equalizer bar and the tractor frame.

Install drain plug (13) in the pivot shaft.

Remove plug (14) with the gasket. Fill the pivot shaft with SAE 30W oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities". Install plug (14) with the gasket.
Fill the oil reservoir in the pivot shaft. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities".End By:
Connect the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Connect".
Install the rear bottom guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Install".
Install the bulldozer. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bulldozer - Install".
