2 1 471-8503 Pulley As Before assembly, clean the taper surface of the pulley and the pump shaft thoroughly with an alcohol wipe.
3 2 8T-6408 Bolt Torque to 60 10 N m (44 7 lb ft).
4 2 8T-5030 Bolt Torque to 60 10 N m (44 7 lb ft).

5 1 235-2484 Lip Type Seal Before assembly, lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
6 1 465-2689 Wear Sleeve Seal Before assembly, apply Loctitie ® 648 retaining compound between wear sleeve and pulley.
Remove/wipe off any excess Loctitie that is not between wear sleeve and pulley.
7 1 Nut Torque to 135 5 N m (100 4 lb ft).
