Installation Procedure

Place gauges (2) in position in the instrument panel. Install brackets (1) that hold the gauges in position.
Connect the wires on gauges (2) to the instrument panel.

Place instrument panel (3) in position on the aftercooler housing and install the bolts and the washers.

Connect water temperature sending unit (5) to the cylinder head. Install bolt (4) and the clip that holds the line in position.

Connect wire (7) to the instrument panel.
Connect hose assembly (6) to the oil pressure gauge.
Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Reference: For additional information about filling the cooling system, refer to Service Manual, SEBR0513, "Cooling System" for the engine that is being serviced.
