Use the following steps to remove monitor panel (16) from the monitor.
Remove the harness connector.
Remove four screws from the bottom of the monitor.

Remove four tapping screws (11) that hold backplate (6) on the rear of the monitor panel.

Remove four tapping screws (11) that hold monitor board assembly (5) .Note: Raise the board assembly carefully.

Rotate and remove five valves (8) that are located on meter board assembly (4). Note: When valve (8) is installed be sure that the valve is tight.

Turn three valves (9) by hand. If it is necessary, replace the faulty valve.

Remove instrument board (3) .
Remove two tapping screws (10) that hold front cover (2) .
Remove nine screws (12) that secure the following components to meter board assembly (4) : fuel gauge (13), engine coolant temperature gauge (14) and hydraulic oil temperature gauge (15) .
Pull instrument board (3) forward of the monitor. Note: When instrument board (3) is installed, insert the washer and the spring washer. Then, be sure to tighten screw (12).

Remove meter board assembly (4) after removing two tapping screws (11).
