2. Disconnect the wire assemblies (1) from the rear lights. 3. Remove bolts (4) and (5) to disconnect the wire assemblies for the rear lights from plate (2).4. Fasten a hoist to plate (2). Remove bolts (3) and (6) from each end of plate (2). Remove plate (2) from the machine. The weight of plate (2) is 60 lb. (27 kg). 5. Remove guard assembly (7) from the rear of the machine. 6. Remove guard assembly (8) from the left side of the machine. 7. Remove the two bolts (9) from each side of the machine that hold the fuel tank in position. 8. Disconnect handle assembly (10) from drain valve (13).9. Loosen bolt (11) to remove the tension of the clip on pipe (12). Disconnect pipe (12) from valve (13). 10. Turn valve (14) to the "OFF" position. Disconnect fuel line (15) from the valve. 11. Move fuel tank (16) to the rear of the machine far enough to fasten a hoist to it. Remove fuel tank (16) from the machine. The weight of an empty tank is 300 lb. (135 kg).Install Fuel Tank
1. Fasten a hoist to fuel tank (1) and put it in position on the operator's platform. Remove the hoist and install the four bolts and lockwashers that hold fuel tank (1) on the machine. 2. Connect fuel line (3) to valve (2). Turn valve (2) to the "ON" position. 3. Connect pipe (6) to valve (7) and tighten bolt (5).4. Connect handle assembly (4) to valve (7). 5. Install guard assembly (8) on the left side of the machine. 6. Install guard assembly (9) on the rear of the machine. 7. Fasten a hoist to plate (10) and put it in position. Install the bolts that hold plate (10) to the rear of the machine.8. Connect the wire assemblies to lights (11). Install the bolts in plate (10) to hold the wire assembly clips in position.9. Install the Roll-Over Protective Structure (cab or canopy).
