3. Loosen bolts (1) and remove fan belt (2). 4. Remove bolt (3) and washer. Remove crankshaft front pulley (4).Install Crankshaft Front Pulley
1. Make an alignment of the groove in the pulley with the key in the crankshaft. Put pulley (1) in position on the crankshaft. Install the washer and bolt that hold the pulley in position. Tighten the bolt to a torque of 265 35 lb.ft. (360 47 N m). 2. Put fan belt (3) in position on the pulleys. Make an adjustment to the belt. See SPECIFICATIONS.3. Tighten bolts (2).4. Install the fan guard assemblies. See INSTALL RADIATOR AND GUARD Step 3.5. Install the engine side panel on the left and right sides of the machine.
