On the underside of the right engine enclosure door, begin by locating the 356-7552 Link (A). Located on each end of the link assembly is a 6V-7636 Spring Pin Assembly (B) .

Disconnect the 6V-7636 Spring Pin Assembly (B) from the secondary latch (C) .

Disconnect the 6V-7636 Spring Pin Assembly (B) from the primary latch (D) .

(E) 356-7595 Plate
Remove the 356-7595 Plate (E) .This component is holding the 356-7552 Link (A) to the door.
Discard the two 6V-7636 Spring Pin Assemblies (B), the 356-7552 Link (A) and the 356-7595 Plate (E) in addition to the washer and bolts that accompanied the bracket.

(G) 8T-4908 Bolts (F) 8T-4224 Hard Washers (H) 272-0002 Striker As (J) 347-8083 Bracket (L) 8T-4186 Bolts (M) 7X-7729 Hard Washers (N) 355-3131 Plate
Locate the 347-8083 Bracket (J) and the 272-0002 Striker As (H), which is mounted at the base of the hydraulic tank stand. Remove 347-8083 Bracket (J) by loosening two 8T-4186 Bolts (L) and 7X-7729 Hard Washers (M). Discard 347-8083 Bracket (J) and 272-0002 Striker As (H). Retain the 8T-4186 Bolts (L) and 7X-7729 Hard Washers (M) .
Remove the secondary latch assembly (C) by loosening the two 8T-4908 Bolts (G) and 8T-4224 Hard Washers (F). This hardware is used to mount the 355-3131 Plate (N) that the secondary latch assembly (C) is bolted to. Discard the secondary latch assembly (C), 355-3131 Plate (N), 8T-4908 Bolts (G), and 7X-7729 Hard Washers (F) .

Install the new 430-2903 Bracket As (3) to the base of the hydraulic tank stand, by reusing the two 8T-4186 Bolts (L) and 7X-7729 Hard Washers (M) . Torque to 55 10 N m (40 7 lb ft) 55 Nm +/-10.
Install the 430-2902 Plate (2) to the engine enclosure door. Use two 8T-4189 Bolts (4) and two 8T-4189 Washers (5) to secure the plate. Torque to 28 7 N m (20 5 lb ft).
Install the 189-8789 Bumper As (1) and secure by using one 5C-7261 Nut (6) and one 8T-4224 Hard Washer (5). Before fully tightening 5C-7261 Nut (6), ensure that when the door is closed that the 189-8789 Bumper As (1) comes into contact with the 430-2902 Plate (2). If the 189-8789 Bumper As (1) is not contacting the 430-2902 Plate (2), extend 189-8789 Bumper As (1) until contact is made with the 430-2902 Plate (2). Once this contact is established, then tighten the 5C-7261 Nut (6) against the bracket to 28 7 N m (20 5 lb ft).
