Install inner O-ring seal (2). The flat side of the seal should face the bottom of the groove in piston housing (1) .

Install outer O-ring seal (3). The flat side of the seal should face the bottom of the groove in piston housing (1) .

Lubricate the inner O-ring seal and the outer O-ring seal with clean hydraulic oil. Lubricate piston (4) with clean hydraulic oil. Install piston (4) in piston housing (1) .

Install O-ring seal (5) in the back side of piston housing (1) .

Install spring guides (6) and springs (7) in the brake piston. Compress the springs with Tooling (A) and a hydraulic press.

Install retaining pin (8) in spring guide (6). Repeat for the remaining pins (8) and spring guides (6) .

Install plate (9) in the spindle.

Dip brake disc (10) into lubricant. Install brake disc (10) in the spindle.
Repeat Step 7 and Step 8 until the stack is complete. The stack should start with a plate (5). The stack should end with a plate (5) .

Align teeth of discs (10). Install hub (11) .

Install snap ring (12) .End By: Install final drive and brake on the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive, Brake and Wheel - Install".
