Installation Procedure

Lower the stick. Align the pin bore on the stick (1) with the pin bore on the hinge (2) .
Install the pin. Secure the pin.

Extend the bucket cylinder (3). Align the linkage on the bucket cylinder with the pin bore on the linkage (4) on the shear. Install the pin and secure the pin.

Raise the work tool away from the ground. Extend the bucket cylinder (3). Align the pin bore of the push bar and the pin bore of the mounting bracket (5). Install the pin and secure the pin.

When you close the jaw, the cutters must overlap. If the cutters do not overlap, move the linkage (6) to the lower bore (7) .Removal Procedure

Lower the work tool until the work tool is near the ground.
Extend the bucket cylinder (1). Close the jaws.
Remove the pin (2) from the push bar and the mounting bracket.

Retract the bucket cylinder (1) until the work tool is resting on the ground.
Remove the pin from the linkage for the bucket cylinder (3) and remove the pin from the hinge (4) .

Move the stick away from the work tool.
After the work tool has been removed, coat all of the bushings in the pin bores with grease. Coat all unused pins with grease.
