Replace old 394-5936 Slider with a new 469-0237 Slider. And at the same time, replace rail from old 384-6529 Rail with a new 469-0238 Rail.
Refer to the attached Rework Procedure.

Rework Procedure
Step 1: Remove the old slider (394-5936). Pull the slider out of the slot and then use pincher to break the slider until it can be removed

Step 2: Remove the old rail (384-6529).
2.1 After the sliders were removed, then take down the sliding glass (384-6530) and put it on a flat surface to keep it fixed.
2.2 Use pliers to do like the right picture shows to remove the rail. Be careful! This action is easy to brake the glass.
2.3 Cut off the left adhesive glue from glass and clean with industrial alcohol.

Step 3: Assemble new rail (469-0238) and glass (384-6530).
3.1 Apply the glass cement to the slot of the new rail. The thickness of the glass cement is about 3mm. Do not apply the glass cement at the both ends of the rail. Please leave 5mm length at least.
3.2 Put the glass into the rail. Press the glass down to make sure the glass well bonded with the glass cement. Allow to dry for at least 4 hours, then go to the next step.

Step 4: Install new slider 469-0237).
4.1 Install the sliding glass to the window. This is the opposite of step 2.1.
4.2 Install slider on frame.
4.3 Ensure the slider can slide into the slot of the rail.
