Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals. Replace the O-ring seals that are worn or damaged.Note: Lubricate all of the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Install woodruff key (10). Install gear (9).

Install locknut (8). Tighten locknut (8) to a torque of 110 13 N m (81 10 lb ft).

Use a suitable lifting device to install gear pump (6) and the gasket. The weight of gear pump (6) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install bolts (7).

Connect hose assembly (5), hose assembly (4), and hose assembly (3).

Install clips (2). Connect hose assembly (1).
Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist, Torque Converter and Brake Tank Oil - Change".
Purge the air from the hydraulic oil in the brake hydraulic system. Refer to Systems Operation/Testing And Adjusting, "Brake System Air - Purge".End By:
Remove the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
