Removal Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel tank guard (1). Remove two bolts (2) from the mounts for the ROPS on each side of the cab. Remove two bolts (3) and two bolts (4). Remove fuel tank guard (1). The weight of fuel tank guard (1) is approximately 100 kg (220 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto the ROPS.

Remove the remaining bolts (5) from the mounts for the ROPS on each side of the cab.
Remove the ROPS assembly from the machine. The weight of the ROPS assembly is approximately 181 kg (400 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device onto the ROPS assembly. Position the ROPS assembly onto the machine. The weight of the ROPS assembly is approximately 181 kg (400 lb).

Install bolts (5) into the mounts for the ROPS on each side of the cab.
