The former brake relay valve can also be serviced using a new seal and valve kit. The final option is to refurbish the former brake relay valve using a new seal and backup ring with a new lubricant. Both refurbishment options increase service life and improve operation of the former brake relay valve.Adaptable To: The new 142-2516 Brake Relay Valve is a direct replacement for the former 113-7866 Brake Relay Valve effective with 784B (5RK26) Tractor; 785B (6HK735), 789B (7EK589), and 793C (4AR80). This change is adaptable to all 784B (5RK1-25), 785 (8GB1-Up), 785B (6HK1-734), 789 (9ZC1-Up), 789B (7EK1-588), 793 (3SJ1-Up), 793B (1HL1-Up) and 793C (4AR1-79). The new 142-3439 Seal and Valve Kit is a direct replacement for the former 113-9534 Seal and Valve Kit. The new 142-3439 Seal and Valve Kit is used to refurbish 113-7866 Brake Relay Valves in all Off-Highway Trucks listed above.
The new 142-2517 Seal and 4J-9224 Backup Ring can also be used with the new 142-3422 Lubricant to refurbish 113-7866 Brake Relay Valve in all Off-Highway Trucks listed above.
