Solution
Any existing 950H or 962H wheel loaders with the 268-9393 Coupler already installed need to be converted. The 268-9393 Coupler can be converted to the equivalent of the 268-9397 Coupler by performing the procedure that follows.Conversion Procedure

Remove the parts from the coupler that are listed in table 2. Refer to illustration 1 for more detail.
Install the lines group (1) onto the coupler's cylinder at the ports where hoses (7) were removed.
Install a plug (2) with a seal (3) at the ports on the valve blocks (A). The location of the ports is where the elbow (6) and elbow (12) were removed.Note: The valve blocks will be utilized for the machine's third valve function.
This arrangement will require a custom 274-2411 Lines Gp to be installed on the machine. Contact Caterpillar Work Tools 800-752-2858.
