Remove bolts (2) and (4). Remove storage box assembly (3).

Remove hanger (5). Remove light assembly (6 ). Disconnect harness assembly (7).
Remove headliner (8). Remove panels (9), (10), and (11).

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force.Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.
Remove nut (15). Disconnect rod assembly (14). Remove nuts (12). Remove spring assembly (13).

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to frame assembly (16) of the door. The weight of frame assembly (16) of the door is approximately 86 kg (190 lb). Remove frame assembly (16) and bolts (17).

Remove bolts (21) and handle (19). Remove louver assembly (18) and bolts (20) from both sides. Remove duct assembly (22). Disconnect harness assembly (23).

Disconnect gauge assembly (24) and the harness assembly from the cab.

Remove panel (25).

Remove bolts (26). Position panel (27) out of the way.

Remove screws (29) and cover assembly (31). Remove filter element (30).

Remove bolts (32) and duct assembly (33).

Remove bolts (34) in order to separate cab assembly (35) from the platform.

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to cab assembly (35). The weight of cab assembly (35) is approximately 503 kg (1110 lb). Remove cab assembly (35).
