- 4 238-0472 Track Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the track bolts:
1. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 200 25 N m (148 18 lb ft).
2. Again, tighten the bolts to an additional turn of 120 5 degrees.
- 4 254-0227 Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the center strut clamp master track bolts:
1. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 350 25 N m (258 18 lb ft).
2. Again, tighten the bolts to an additional turn of 120 5 degrees.
A - - Distance from the center of one track pin to the center of the next track pin is 190 mm (7.5 inch).
B - - Distance from the center of the track pin to the counterbore is 27.473 mm (1.0816 inch).
C - - Distance between the centerlines of the bolt holes for the track shoes is 116.50 0.39 mm (4.587 0.015 inch).
D - - Extension of the track pin at each end of the track link assembly is 3.10 0.10 mm (0.122 0.004 inch).
F - - Outside diameter of a new track bushing is 60.7 0.3 mm (2.39 0.01 inch).
G - - Distance between the track links is 1.5 mm (0.06 inch)
H - - Height of the new track link is 108 mm (4.3 inch).
J - - Depth of the clear plug from the face of the pin is 8 4 mm (0.3 0.2 inch).
