Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before installation, thoroughly clean all parts in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Use two people to install bank valve (10). The weight of bank valve (10) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).
Install bolts (9). Connect tube assemblies (12) and (7). Connect hose assembly (11) and (8) .

Install clamp (6) .

Connect harness assemblies (5) .

Connect clamp (4). Connect harness assemblies (3) .

Position enclosure (2) and install bolts (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System oil level - Check".
