Tighten the inlet adapter (4) to 150 15 N m (111 11 lb ft).
Back-up wrench should be used on the inlet adapter. Tighten the inlet tube nut (5) to 350 53 N m (258 39 lb ft).
Tighten the outlet adapter (1) to 95 10 N m (70 7 lb ft).
Back-up wrench should be used on the outlet adapter. Tighten the outlet tube nut (2) to 140 21 N m (103 15 lb ft).This assembly procedure is adaptable to all D3K, D4K, D5K, D3K2, D4K2, and D5K2 Small Track-Type Tractors.
