Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the control manifold. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Manifold - Remove" for the correct procedure.

Remove accumulator (1) from manifold assembly (6) .
Remove O-ring seal (2), seal (3), seal (4), and O-ring seal (5) from manifold assembly (6) .

Remove bolt (7) in order to remove clip (8) from manifold assembly (6) .
Remove sensor (13) and O-ring seal (10) from manifold assembly (6). Remove harness assembly (14) from sensor (13) .
Remove nut (12) in order to remove coil assembly (11) and O-ring seal (9) from manifold assembly (6) .

Remove pressure regulating valve (24) from manifold assembly (6). Remove ring (15), O-ring seal (16), ring (17), O-ring seal (18), ring (19), O-ring seal (20), and ring (21) from pressure regulating valve (24) .
Remove adapter (23) from manifold assembly (6). Remove O-ring seal (22) from adapter (23) .

Remove check valves (28) and (29) from manifold assembly (6). Remove rings (25), O-ring seals (26), and O-ring seals (27) from check valves (28) and (29) .
Remove cartridge assembly (35) from manifold assembly (6). Remove ring (30), O-ring seal (31), ring (32), O-ring seal (33), and O-ring seal (34) from cartridge assembly (35) .

Remove plugs (36) and the O-ring seals from manifold assembly (6).
Remove relief valve (41) from manifold assembly (6). Remove ring (37), O-ring seal (38), ring (39), and O-ring seal (40) from relief valve (41) .
Remove fitting (43) from manifold assembly (6). Remove O-ring seal (42) from fitting (43) .

Remove plugs (44) and the O-ring seals from manifold assembly (6). Remove plug (46) from manifold assembly (6). Remove O-ring seal (45) and the filter screen from plug (46) .
Remove quick disconnect fittings (48) from manifold assembly (6). Remove O-ring seals (47) and dust caps (49) from quick disconnect fittings (48) .
