Problem
The 4P4735 Injector Sleeve used in 3176 Engines has been canceled and replaced by a 4P7135 Injector Sleeve. A new process is used to install the new injector sleeves in the cylinder heads.
Action Required
Remove all of the following cylinder head assemblies, cylinder head groups, and injector sleeves from parts stock. 7E0582 Cylinder Head Assembly 4P4735 Injector Sleeve 0R2824 Cylinder Head Group 0R2828 Cylinder Head Group 0R2830 Cylinder Head Assembly 0R2831 Cylinder Head Assembly

Submit one claim for all 7E0582 Cylinder Head Assemblies, 4P4735 Injector Sleeves, 0R2824 Cylinder Head Groups, 0R2828 Cylinder Head Groups, 0R2830 Cylinder Head Assemblies, and 0R2831 Cylinder Head Assemblies removed from parts stock.
Parts Disposition
***** U.S. and Canadian Dealers ***** Return all 7E0582 Cylinder Head Assemblies, 0R2824 Cylinder Head Groups, 0R2828 Cylinder Head Groups, 0R2830 Cylinder Head Assemblies, and 0R2831 Cylinder Head Assemblies that are removed from parts stock and a copy of the claim to: Caterpillar Inc.
