1 6 248-7585 Orifice Use the following procedure to install the orifice:
Orifice (1) is only for number three cylinder through number eight cylinder.
1. Align the orifice with the outside diameter chamfer facing the cylinder block.
2. Apply green Loctite 620 to the outside diameter of the orifice.
3. Fully seat the orifice in the block flush with the head face. Remove any excessive Loctite from the head and insert face.
2 2 248-7584 Orifice Use the following procedure to install the orifice:
Orifice (2) is only for number one cylinder and for number two cylinder.
1. Align the orifice with the outside diameter chamfer facing the cylinder block.
2. Apply green Loctite 620 to the outside diameter of the orifice.
3. Fully seat the orifice in the block flush with the head face. Remove any excessive Loctite from the head and insert face.
3 1 6V-6560 O-Ring Seal Before assembly, lightly lubricate all around the bore with clean engine oil.
