Remove the vibration damper and pulley.

Remove bolts (2) and adaptor (1).

Use Tooling (A) and remove crankshaft front seal (3).Installation Procedure

Install Tooling (B) and Tooling (C) to the crankshaft.

Position crankshaft front seal (3) onto Tooling (B)

Dimension (X) is equal to 5.23 0.20 mm (0.206 0.008 inch).
Install Tooling (D) and Tooling (E). Tighten Tooling (E) until Tooling (D) contacts to the Tooling (B).
Remove all the Tooling from the crankshaft.
Measure seal (3) in an average of 3 places for a Dimension (X) as shown in Illustration 6.

Install adaptor (1) and bolts (2).End By:
Install the vibration damper and pulley.
