Lubricate Fittings
Service the new machine Every 10 Service Hours or Daily only within the initial 100 service hours.After the initial 100 service hours of operation, service the backhoe linkage Every 50 Service Hours or Weekly. Under severe operating conditions where mud, water, and abrasive material may enter the bearings, or after hydraulic hammer use, the backhoe linkage should also be serviced Every 10 Service Hours or Daily.Lubricate the Fittings
Wipe all fittings before lubricating. 1. Lubricate four fittings (1), (2), (3) and (4) on the link. 2. Lubricate three fittings (5), (6) and (7) on the bucket.
Type 1.3. This block of fittings is located on the stick. Lubricate fittings (8) and (9) for boom to stick connection. Lubricate fitting (10) for the stick cylinder rod end. Lubricate fitting (11) for the bucket cylinder head end.
Type 2.4. Lubricate fittings (12) on the stick cylinder rod, (13) and (14) at the connection of the boom and stick and (15) on the bucket cylinder head.
