Use a suitable lift truck and install belt (4) on the machine, as shown. Install the suitable blocks under belt (4). The weight of belt (4) is approximately 272 kg (600 lb).

Apply Tooling (B) to belt (4) and tire assembly (8).
Attach a suitable lifting device and Tooling (C) to tire assembly (8). Install tire assembly (8). The weight of tire assembly (8) is approximately 110 kg (242 lb).

Install nuts (7) on tire assembly (8). Tighten nuts (7) to a torque of 450 60 N m (333 44 lb ft). Tighten nuts (7) again to a torque of 560 60 N m (415 44 lb ft).

Apply Tooling (B) to belt (4) and tire assembly (5).
Attach a suitable lifting device to tire assembly (5) and install tire assembly (5) on the machine. The weight of tire assembly (5) is approximately 51 kg (112 lb).
Install nuts (6) on tire assembly (5). Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 420 25 N m (315 19 lb ft).
Charge the track tension system. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Accumulator - Test and Charge" in order to charge the hydraulic oil pressure in the accumulator.
Raise the machine and remove the suitable blocks and Tooling (A) from the machine. Lower the machine.

Install bracket (2) and bolts (3) on the machine.

Reposition hydraulic cylinder (1). End By:
Install the tow arm. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tow Arm - Remove and Install".
