Use Tooling (C) and (D) to install vent valve (12)

Install vent assembly (13) in water temperature regulator housing (6). Position gasket (12) and cover (11). Install bolts (10).
Use Tooling (A) to install lip seal (15) into water temperature regulator housing (6).
If the water temperature regulator is installed incorrectly, it will cause the engine to overheat.
Install water temperature regulators (14).

Position water temperature regulator housing (6) and install bolts (4).
Position the gasket and outlet elbow (8) and install bolts (7).
Install tube assembly (3).
Connect hose assembly (1) and hose assembly (5).
Install the O-ring seal on tube assembly (2). lubricate the O-ring seal with Tooling (B). Install tube assembly (2).
Fill the cooling with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, Cooling System Coolant - Change for the correct procedure.
