Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before installation, all components and mating surfaces should be clean. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Inspect all gaskets and seals. If any gaskets or seals are worn or damaged, use new gaskets or seals for replacement. All installation procedures should be performed in a clean work area.

Attach a suitable lifting device and a hoist to tandem implement pump (3). Position tandem implement pump (3) on the machine. Note: The tandem implement pump weighs approximately 180 kg (397 lb).

Bolt tandem implement pump (3) to the engine.

Connect hose (2) to the inlet port of tandem implement pump (3).

Hoses (8) are not installed in this Illustration. The locations for hoses (8) are shown.
Connect hose (4) to the block on the rear outlet port of tandem implement pump (3).
Connect hose (5) to the block on the front outlet port of tandem implement pump (3).
Connect hose (6) to the side of the block on the front outlet port of tandem implement pump (3).
Connect hose (7) to the side of the block on the rear outlet port of tandem implement pump (3).
Connect four return hoses (8) to the tandem implement pump. Note: Refer to the markings on the hoses.
Connect two pilot hoses (9) to the blocks on the outlet ports of tandem implement pump (3). Note: Refer to the markings on the hoses.

Connect two pilot hoses (10) to the regulator control valves on the side of tandem implement pump (3). Note: Refer to the markings on the hoses.End By:
Install the single implement pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Single Implement) - Install".
