Removal Procedure
To facilitate removal of the bucket pins without causing damage to the pins, the bearings, and/or the O-ring seals put the bucket on the floor and the stick in a vertical position, as shown.
Start the machine. Position the bucket, the stick and the bucket control linkage, as shown.

Note: Relieve the pressure on the bucket pins by moving the stick up and down.
Remove nuts and retaining bolt (2) from bucket pin (4). Remove bucket pin (4) .
Pull link assembly (1) away from the bucket. Remove O-ring seals (5) .
Remove the nuts and retaining bolt (3) .

Remove bolts (6) and plate (7) .
Remove shims (8) .
Remove bucket pin (9) .

Remove O-ring seals (10) .
Remove flange (11) and dowel (12). Check the condition of flange (11) and dowel (12) .
The weight of the bucket is approximately 535 kg (1180 lb).Note: The weight of the bucket depends on the size of the bucket that is used.
