243-4118     312-0754     322-0221     322-0222        The improved 312-0754 Position Sensor As replaces the former 265-8059 Position Sensor As .The 312-0754 Position Sensor As uses a new 322-0221 Housing Bracket and 322-0222 Cover for installation on AccuGrade Systems. On a CAES system, an additional 292-4538 Adapter As is required in order to mount both the 312-0754 Position Sensor As and the 312-0755 Position Sensor As .The new sensors are supported with Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET). The sensors can also be upgraded with the display. Also, these new sensors are fully supported in the AccuGrade version 11 software.When you replace a 312-0754 Position Sensor As on an AccuGrade System with a new 312-0754 Position Sensor As, you do not need to calibrate the new sensor. If you are replacing a 265-8059 Position Sensor As with an 312-0754 Position Sensor As the new sensor will need to be calibrated. The calibrations for the 312-0754 Position Sensor As are stored in the display.If you are replacing a 243-4115 Position Sensor, 243-4116 Inclination Sensor, 243-4117 Inclination Sensor or a 243-4118 Inclination Sensor on a CAES system with a 312-0754 Position Sensor As or 312-0755 Position Sensor As, the new sensor needs to be calibrated. The calibration data is stored in the "configuration.ini" file that is located on the D3:C4 Nav 10.4 display.
