Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.Note: Remove the two plugs from piston motor before installation.

Attach a suitable lifting device to piston motor (22) . The weight of piston motor (22) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Position piston motor (22) . Install bolts (21) .

Install valve (20) , bolts (19) , and elbows (18) .

Connect hose assemblies (14) , (15) , (16) , and (17) .

Position sheet (9) . Install bolts (8) . Tighten bolt (12) .
