This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3086" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3086" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Although this Program is to be administered as described above on the Affected Product, parts should be removed from Parts Stock as soon as possible.

The implement control valve bodies may erode and need to be reworked on certain 994 Loaders. The pump to tank port lands for lift and rackback in the implement control valve bodies are being eroded from a jet of high pressure oil from the stem when the stem is not fully engaged during these operations. New valve stems that eliminate this and rotate the stem slots 45 degrees from the eroded areas are used in this rework to salvage the salvageable valve bodies.

If PS8721 has already been applied, then this program does not need to be done. If new 1338673 and/or 1338675 Valve Groups have been installed, thenthis program does not need to be done. Check tag on stem end cover on front of left valve with a mirror, or on rear of right valve for these numbers. Rework only 9T9001 and 9T9003 Valve Groups.

Even though there are 6 different part numbers for stems listed, only 4 stems are needed for each machine. See Step 2 of the Rework Procedure~~ for further explanation.
Parts Stock
Submit one claim for all 9T9001 and 9T9003 Valve Groups removed from Parts Stock.
