Illustration 1. Boards are fastened to the 8S9901 Tool Cart.Each hose, adapter and fitting has a label with a code letter and number on it. The letter and number on each item is the same one that is used in the T-Test Procedure Sheet for identification. The storage location on the board for each item has its code letter and number.
The two trays on the cart hold the 5P3600 Hydraulic Flow Meter Group components. The trays also have space for the REG00791 Service Manual "Testing Hydraulic Systems And Components," some pump adapters and extra fittings and hoses.
For use in the shop, the cart can be rolled to the machine. When the flow meter is used in the field, the serviceman will take only the hoses, adapters and fittings necessary to do the work. It is not necessary to take the 2P2337 Box to the field. In either use, in the field or in the shop, both access to and identification of the items are easier.
When the flow meter is not in use, a plastic sheet can be used to cover the cart and its contents. Dirt and oil can get into the 2P2337 Box.

One plywood board holds the A-1 through A-11 Supply Adapters, E-1 through E-4 Tachometer Drive Adapters, C-2 Hoses, the V455 Wrench and the Hexagonal Bits. (See Illustration 2)
The other board holds the D-5 through D-10 Return Adapters, and the C-5 and C-8 Hoses. (See Illustration 3)
Labels for identification of the tools are made with a Dymo 1011 embossing tool and Dymo 310 aluminum embossing tape. The labels are fastened to the adapters, hoses and fittings with wire. Each space on the board has a Dymo plastic tape label with the item code letter and number. Bolts are used to hang some of the components. Studs are used where bolt heads will not permit adapters to be hung, such as in locking grooves on male adapters.
