Tightening Sequence
(1) 0S-1588 BoltA new scalloped gasket has been used between the air housing and the aftercooler . A longer bolt 0S-1588 and spacer 107-7954 has been used on the air housing with a higher bolt torque and with a new bolt torque pattern. Refer to Illustration 1 for bolt tightening sequence.Note: Torque the bolt (1) to 55 N m (41 lb ft).The required parts for new aftercooler assembly are listed in Table 1.
