Clean Cab Filters
1. Open the cover in the rear of the cab behind the operators seat. 2. Remove the filter elements.Filter elements can be cleaned with pressure air, pressure water, or detergent washing.Pressure Air - 205 kPa (30 psi) Maximum
1. Direct air along the pleats inside and outside on the element.2. Inspect the element.3. Install the clean filter elements. Close the cover.Pressure Water - 280 kPa (40 psi) Maximum
1. Direct water along the pleats inside and outside on the element.2. Rinse and air dry thoroughly.3. Inspect the element.4. Install the clean filter elements. Close the cover.Detergent
1. Wash the element in warm water and nonsudsing household detergent.2. Rinse with clean water and air dry thoroughly.3. Inspect the element.4. Install the clean filter elements. Close the cover.Inspecting the Elements
Inspect the filter elements after cleaning. Do not use a filter element with damaged pleats, gaskets or seals.Clean Air Conditioner Condenser Coil
1. Open the access door on the right side of the cab. 2. Clean the condenser coil. Use a vacuum cleaner, if necessary. Close the access door.
