Complete the remaining harness connections to the following components:
Upper Body Actuator
Fresh Air Actuator
Water Valve Actuator
239-9368 Resistor
Secure the harness assembly to the Water Valve mounting bracket with 3S-2093 Cable Straps (60). Refer to Illustration 25.

Install the harness on the new control panel into the LH console following the routing of the control panel harness that was removed. Connect the 12-pin connector on the Control Panel Harness to the 271-1593 Harness 12-pin connector on the left side of the Heater Gp. See Illustration 23.
Install the new Control Panel (40) into the LH console.

Open the valves on the heater hoses. See Illustration 27.
Turn the main disconnect switch ON.
Perform a control panel functional check to ensure that all the actuator (Fresh Air; Air Delivery Mode, and Water Valve), Blower Speed, and AC clutch power (if machine is equipped with AC) are working properly.
Turn the engine start switch to the OFF position.

Install upper air duct (27). Reposition two rubber gaskets (26) on each side of air duct (27). Install bolt (28) and the washer. Install the label over the existing Conditioner Group Label and file in your Dealer Code and Date of Installation.Note: The label that is included in the 271-1628 Heater/Conditioner Gp states: The Electrical Parts on this Heater/Conditioner GP can be found in 271-1628 Heater/Conditioner GP ; The parts for the control panel can be found in 271-1594 Control GP . Position box assembly (19) in order to install hose (21). Connect hose (21). Tighten hose clamp (20). Install box assembly (19) .

Install the washers and four bolts (9). Position bracket (14). Install the washers, the nuts, and two bolts (17). Install fresh air duct (13). Tighten two hose clamps (10) .
Feed wire harness (18) through the box assembly. Feed wire harness (12) through the box assembly. Install grommet (16). Connect relay (15) to wire harness (15). Install the washer and bolt (11) .

Install cover (8). Install plates and two screws (7) .

Install the filter and screen (6). Install two screws (5) .

Reposition cover (4). Install four screws (2). Connect two wires to 12 V socket (3), if the socket exists. Close the storage box.

Place plate (24) into the proper position.
Install two bolts (22) and washers and install two bolts (23) and washers.
