Remove & Install Service Meter
The fuel injection lines have been removed for picture clarity. The fuel injection lines do not have to be removed in order to remove the service meter.1. Remove two bolts and clamps (2) that hold service meter (1) to fuel transfer pump (3). Remove service meter (1).2. Remove the O-ring seal on service meter (1). The following steps are for the installation of the service meter. Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean diesel fuel prior to installation.3. Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean diesel fuel prior to installation. Install the O-ring seal on service meter (1).4. Install service meter (1) on fuel transfer pump (3). Position service meter (1) for viewing from right hand side of the engine.5. Install two bolts and clamps (2) securing service meter (1) to fuel transfer pump (3).
