3. Loosen bolts (1) and remove fan belt (2). 4. Remove bolt (3) and washer. Remove crankshaft front pulley (4). The following steps are for installation of the crankshaft front pulley.5. Make an alignment of the groove in the pulley with the key in the crankshaft. Put pulley (4) in position on the crankshaft. Install the washer and bolt (3) that hold the pulley in position. Tighten the bolt to a torque of 360 47 N m (265 35 lb.ft.).6. Put fan belt (2) in position on the pulleys. Make an adjustment to the belt. See The Belt Tension Chart in the Specifications Manual.7. Tighten bolts (1).8. Install the fan guard assemblies. See the topic, Remove and Install Radiator And Guard.9. Install the engine side panels on the left and right sides of the machine.
