Stop the engine, lower the blade to the ground, move control levers backward and forward to release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Slowly, loosen the cap to release any pressure in the hydraulic tank. Let the hydraulic oil become cool before any lines are disconnected in the hydraulic system.
1. Remove bolt (2) that holds clamp (3) to the lift cylinder. Disconnect oil lines (1) and (4) from the lift cylinder. 2. Remove bolt (5) and nut that holds pin (6) for the head end of the lift cylinder in the frame. 3. Fasten a hoist to the lift cylinder. Use tool (A) and remove pin (6). 4. Remove bolt (8) and retainer (9) that hold pin (7) for the rod end of the lift cylinder in the C-frame. 5. Use tool (A) and remove pin (7). Remove lift cylinder (10). The weight is 29 Kg (65 lb). The following steps are for installation of the lift cylinders.6. Fasten a hoist to the lift cylinder. Put lift cylinder in position on the machine.7. Make an alignment of the hole in pin (6) with the hole in the frame. Install pin (6) that holds the head end of the cylinder in the frame. Install bolt (5) and nut that hold pin (6) for the head end of the lift cylinder in the frame.8. Install pin (7) that holds the rod end of the lift cylinder in the C-frame. Install the retainer (9) and bolt (8) that hold pin (7) for the rod end of the lift cylinder in the C-frame.9. Connect oil line (4) to the lift cylinder. Install bolt (2) and clamp (3). Connect oil line (1) to the lift cylinder.10. Fill the hydraulic system with oil to the correct level. See the Operation And Maintenance Manual.
