Remove Exhaust Manifold (D330C & D333C Marine Engines)
start by:a) remove turbochargerb) remove exhaust manifold shield

D333C SHOWN2. Remove nuts, locks and washers (2).3. Remove the exhaust manifold (1).Install Exhaust Manifold (D330C & D333C Marine Engines)

D330C SHOWN1. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on the exhaust manifold studs.2. Install the exhaust manifold.3. Install the washers, locks and nuts. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 32 3 lb.ft. (4.4 0.4 mkg).4. Install the shield supports.end by:a) install exhaust manifold shieldb) install turbochargerRemove Exhaust Manifold (3304 & 3306 Marine Engines)
start by:a) remove air cleaner assemblyb) remove turbocharger 1. Loosen nuts (2) on the fuel injection pump housing then remove fuel injection lines (1).2. Remove bolts from exhaust manifold.3. Fasten a hoist to the exhaust manifold. Remove exhaust manifold. Weight is 100 lb. (45 kg).Install Exhaust Manifold (3304 & 3306 Marine Engines)
1. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on exhaust manifold bolts.2. Put the exhaust manifold in position on the cylinder block and install the bolts that hold it.3. Install fuel injection lines and tighten the nuts.end by:a) install turbochargerb) install air cleaner assemblyRemove Exhaust Manifold (D330C, D333C, 3304 & 3306 Industrial Engines)
1. Remove bolts (2) and heat shield (1). Remove nuts and washers from exhaust manifold.2. Remove exhaust manifold (3).Install Exhaust Manifold (D330C, D333C, 3304 & 3306 Industrial Engines)
1. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on exhaust manifold studs.2. Put exhaust manifold in position on the cylinder head. Install the washers and nuts that hold it.3. Install the heat shield and bolts.
